MITE LIBRARY:

Mite library is situated in the ground floor of the main college building. It is a very vast place. It is centrally air conditioned. It is divided into 2 major sections . The first one is the REFERENCE SECTION . This section covers the major portion of the library. A student has the choice of refering any book of his choice be it engineering, management or any other book available in the library. Personal text books of the student are not allowed in here. In addition to it to update and expand the knowledge of the student computers are also provided. A student can login and go through online journals and browse educational sites through them. The library here is completely digitized and all records as well as e-books are loaded into the computers. a student can search for the copy of the book he wants from the librarys own database software . To enhance group study and discuss on various topics the other portion of the library known as GROUP DISCUSSION SECTION is introduced. the students can peak to each other here, discuss on various topics andstay well informed. this room is soundproof so that sound from here doesnt leak out to the REFERENCE SECTION.
